Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik in Iceland. She is a CrossFit professional athlete. The co-owner is Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the only woman to win at the CrossFit Games twice. In 2010, she placed the second position. Annie Thorisdottir is a famous Icelanders CrossFit bodybuilder, athlete and media celebrity. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman to be the first person who taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. Her other achievements include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie was born in Iceland, Reykjavik along with her family. She was a keen sportsperson and worked out from an early age. In 2009, she took part in her first CrossFit event in California. She performed excellent in the games. Annie Thorisdottir's age will be 31 by 2021. She's 5'7 tall and weighs around 67 kilograms. Annie began her CrossFit journey in 2009 in California. She did very well in the initial contests. She finished amongst top 10 of over 70. Though she wasn't able to take home any of the titles however she was able to finish with an 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. When she competed in CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished second and took home a silver medal in the same year. Later in the year, she took part in her second CrossFit events and thanks to her dominating performance she won the competition and became the first female winner of CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of her first CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first female athlete to have had two wins at CrossFit Games consecutively. Besides this in 2014 she received a silver-medal as well as in 2021, she was awarded the bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Presently Annie works as a trainer and coach in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's growing popularity as an athlete has made her the model for a variety of brand names in the field of sports, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance's Periodization and Nuunhydration Yerbae. Additionally, she owns a self-titled Youtube channel with around thousand viewers where her lifestyle videos as well as travel vlogs are uploaded.
